Odor Neutralizer is safe for all surfaces. Where unwanted excess product lingers after application, it can be wiped up and absorbed to be disposed of.
What small does it leave?

Odor Neutralizer is NOT a “cover-up” air freshener. Odor Neutralizer eliminates odors and leaves behind a very faint, pleasant, “clean” fragrance.
What does Bio-Safe Technology mean?

Bio-Safe Technology is our special formula which captures odor molecules and changes their chemical properties, removing them from the air you breathe.
How long does the product last before needing to be reapplied?

When applied to the source of the odor, according to directions, Odor Neutralizer can effectively eliminate the odor completely. Where an odor persists or returns a 2nd application may be needed.
Is this product a disinfectant?

Odor Neutralizer works through the chemical processes of surface modification and oxidation. It is not designed as a disinfectant or sanitizing product.
Can I use this product on my smelly clothes?

Yes. Odor Neutralizer can be sprayed directly on clothes, and can even be mixed into your laundry to deodorize an entire load. When mixing into laundry, we recommend 6 oz of Odor Neutralizer per cup of laundry detergent.

This works great

The smell this leaves is like a soft baby powder smell. It worked for me on a spot I'd used tons of other things on, and none had gotten rud of it. I did have to use a lot, though.

I'm Blown Away!!

I brought up a bag of old Xmas lights from the garage and hung them up on my porch. They smelled like mildew so I sprayed them with a Xmas spice scented spray that made the smell worse. It got so bad I took down the lights but the stink remained. Walking into that room was like getting slapped in the face with a putrid mix of mildew and cinnamon spice. I got the SOCAR spray this morning and sprayed the room. Within minutes a light clean fresh smell replaced the stink. It didn't cover up the smell. It got rid of it. Highly recommend.
